With a printable area of 2,500 × 1,500mm, the JFX220-2515 offers more usable workspace than previous models. The additional table depth provides greater nesting flexibility, allowing more items to be positioned within a single layout and giving greater freedom when producing larger panels and display graphics.
The result? More products can be produced in fewer runs, helping make better use of available media while giving operators greater flexibility to position large panels or nest multiple smaller items.
No More Masking
The JFX220-2515 introduces Mimaki’s innovative ANCHOR Technology, an intelligent vacuum system that activates suction only where media is present. Unused vacuum holes automatically close, maintaining strong and consistent hold-down power without the need for masking tape or covers.
Less preparation, faster job changes and reduced operator intervention, particularly useful for short runs and production environments working with different media sizes throughout the day.
Fast, Accurate Media Positioning
The JFX220-2515 simplifies setup with integrated automatic locating pins. Activated directly from the touchscreen, the pins rise automatically to guide media placement and retract when printing begins, enabling fast and repeatable positioning without the need for separate alignment tools.
Manual positioning pins can also be used to create different origin points, making it easier to align multiple panels and giving operators greater flexibility across a wide variety of substrates and production workflows.
Brighter Graphics, Impossible to Ignore
With fluorescent Pink and Yellow inks, the JFX220-2515 extends beyond conventional process colour to create highly vibrant and eye-catching graphics. Ideal for retail, POP and promotional applications, event graphics and high-visibility branding, these vibrant colours add greater impact to printed output.
