    Bespoke table sizes are also available, Blackman and White can manufacture almost any size table required.

    Conveyor extension tables are also available on any size table offering a more productive solution with the ability to roll on finished work out of the cutting area of the table and allowing the table to continue cutting whilst the previously finished work is removed from the table.

  • Router

    The high-speed Router is designed specifically for volume processing of rigid materials which require contouring, pocketing and grooving.

    The spindle can be used in conjunction with the optical camera for the routing of printed materials such as Aluminium Composite Panels and Foam PVC boards. 2.5 KW Router

    Knifes

    Knives and blades manufactured from steel or tungsten carbide, supported in machine specific tool holders, is the system used for cutting on all Blackman & White machines.

     

    Electric Oscillating Knife

    Electric Oscillating Knife - Motorised cutting tool with an oscillating speed of 12,000 RPM, and a cutting stroke of 0.7mm.  Depending on the material the tool supports a wide range of blades for cutting complex shapes.

    Air Oscillating Knife

    Air Oscillating Knife – Pneumatically poweredtool with an oscillatingspeed of 9,000

    RPM and cutting stroke of 8mm. For accurate cutting of materials which require a larger cutting stroke such as foams and rubbers.

    Driven-Wheel

    Electric Rotary Wheel Tool – With a rotational speed of 12,000 RPM, its primary use is for the clean cutting of fabrics and textiles. The electrically powered tool holds both decagonal and round carbide cutting blades.

    Drag Knife Thru Cut

    Thru Cut Knife – Drag knife tool designed for cutting materials in a single or multiple pass.  It is designed to hold single and double edge carbide blades to maximise the range of materials that can be cut with one tool.

    45 Degree V Cut

    V Cut Tool – For angle cutting of foamboard and recycled fibreboard where folding is required. Printed Point of Sale display structures such as literature racks, shelves and stands are manufactured with the use of angled cutting.
